Well, an early start (for a Sunday) this morning as Will and I went to complete a BCU FRST Course, the first stage of becoming a BCU Level One Coach... (should be done early April)
Was a really good fun day, the water was freezing and I felt sorry for Will being the only one not in a drysuit...not!
Anyway I've also won the lottery!!! Woooo a whole £10!!!
